This system uses our latest technology- IP based network. With this system, patients are given the ability to directly communicate with healthcare workers when making a call, providing the convenience and efficiency for both parties. It has the function to transfer patient calls from one nurse station to another after a period of time to ensure patients’ needs are taken care of straightaway. In addition to this, staff from different nurse stations are able to communicate with each other or doctors in charge when there is a need.
